Our WI was officially launched in January 2019.
At the time, Camberley already had two successful WIs. Due to limited spaces and an ongoing demand, the Surrey Federation decided to establish a third WI group and Camberley Athena was born.
Named after the Greek Goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, strength and arts & crafts, we are a diverse group of women with one common goal – to learn and be happy.
